Oldham Group

Manchester/Oldham group

We are a small group of mixed experience who meet regularly on a Tuesday evening at the Unitarian Church in Oldham which is easily accessible from the M60.

We practice Zen Buddhism under the guidance of the Zen Centre in London and the evening consists of a period of sitting meditation and listening to a talk or reading.
We welcome both beginners (guidance will be given) and experienced meditators who wish to sit with us.
